Order
The purchase contract between the provider and the customer is concluded at the moment when the provider confirms the placed order (the customer receives an email with order information and confirmation). From this moment on, all prices and other terms are fixed and apply to both the provider and the customer. The purchase contract (i.e., the electronic message about the order information received by the customer) is stored electronically on the provider's server. The purchase contract (order) is also accessible to the registered user in their user profile.
Until the full payment for products from a specific order is made, the ordered products remain the property of the provider, even if they have already been delivered to the customer. In the case of non-payment or incomplete payment, the provider also has the alternative right to demand the product be returned in perfect condition from the customer.
Ordering Process Before Submitting an Order:
Product selection: Before placing an order in the webshop, you need to select the desired products. You do this by clicking the "Add to Cart" button when viewing a specific product.
Cart confirmation or order summary: After selecting the appropriate products, proceed to the cart or checkout page. Here you can review your selected items, adjust their quantity, add new products, or remove them from the cart.
Sign in: At this step, you need to enter personal details. You can proceed as a guest (quick purchase without saving further data) or register and place an order through your account.
Address: When choosing the address, specify your desired delivery location. The delivery address can be different from your personal address – in this case, the selected products will be sent to the chosen address.
Delivery: For the delivery option, you can choose the delivery method (standard or express shipping) by clicking on the desired delivery option.
Payment: The final step is for payment selection, final review, and confirmation of your order. By clicking on the purple button, you agree to the submitted order, payment, privacy policy, and Terms of Service of the Valkyrie Webshop, and you finally confirm your purchase with the obligation to pay.
Ordering Process After Submitting an Order:
Order pending. After placing an order, the customer receives an email notification stating that the order is pending. The customer can always access information about the order status and its content on the provider's website.
Order confirmed: The order goes into further processing once the provider reviews the order, checks the availability of the ordered goods, and either confirms or rejects the order for specific reasons. The provider may call the customer at their contact phone number to verify data or ensure accurate delivery. Upon order confirmation, the provider informs the customer by email about the estimated delivery time. At this stage, the purchase contract for the ordered goods between the customer and the provider is irrevocably concluded.
Order fullfiled. The provider prepares and dispatches the goods and then informs the customer about it via email. In this email, the customer will also receive tracking number for his order.
Promotional Code (Discount Coupon)
The provider may occasionally offer customers a promotional code that applies to specific products, a group of products, or the entire purchase, depending on the individual promotional code and the conditions applicable to each promotion. The customer can obtain a promotional code, for example, via an e-mail message, on a card received in the delivered package, through the Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok network, depending on the specific promotion. The customer can enter the promotional code in the appropriate field on the webshop; only one promotional code can be used for a single purchase. The promotional code is automatically deducted from the order value. All promotional codes are time-limited, and their expiration date is indicated alongside them. If a customer uses a promotional code and then the order is canceled by their will, they withdraw from the contract, or the promotional code is no longer valid, that promotional code can no longer be used. It is not possible to exchange promotional codes for cash.
Invoice
After purchase of the ordered goods, the provider shall send to the customer invoice on his email address. The invoice shall break down the price and all costs related to the purchase. The customer is obliged to check the accuracy of the data before submitting the order. Subsequent objections regarding the correctness of issued invoices are not considered.
Right to withdraw from the Purchase, return of goods
A consumer who orders products in the webshop has the right to withdraw from the contract (purchase) for any reason, within 14 days of receiving the ordered goods. In doing so, the consumer must clearly and unambiguously inform (in writing by e-mail at info@my-valkyrie.com, or by using the withdrawal form) the company of the withdrawal from the contract without the need to state the reason for their decision. The deadline starts the day after the goods are received. The consumer then has 14 days after the notification to return the goods, which should be undamaged, in the original packaging, and in an unchanged quantity, to the company (at the address: GS Group Bernard Bezek s.p. (ETI), Bakovnik 4a, 1241 Kamnik. The consumer is only responsible for any reduction in the value of the goods if the reduction is due to handling that is not necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and operation of the goods. The direct costs related to the return of the goods are borne by the consumer. We do not accept shipments with cash on delivery.
Within 14 days of receiving the notification, we will refund the consumer all payments made. However, we may withhold the refund until we receive the returned goods or until the consumer provides evidence that they have actually shipped the goods, using the same payment method as was used for the purchase, unless the consumer has expressly requested the use of another payment method and incurs no costs because of this. The consumer cannot claim a refund for additional costs incurred if they explicitly chose a type of shipment other than the most cost-effective standard shipment offered by the provider.
If the consumer has purchased products that are part of a set (a collection of 2 or more products offered at the same time), the consumer must return the entire set. It is not possible to withdraw from just one or more individual products that are part of the set.
The consumer does not have the right to withdraw from the purchase in cases defined in Article 27 of the Consumer Protection Law of 2021 Ν. 112(Ι)/2021, for the following contracts:
for goods or services whose price depends on fluctuations in markets over which the company has no influence and which may occur within the withdrawal period;
for goods made according to the consumer's specific instructions and tailored to their personal needs;
for goods that are perishable or whose shelf life expires quickly;
for the supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if the consumer has broken the seal after delivery;
for the supply of goods which, due to their nature, are inseparably mixed with other items;
for the supply of alcoholic beverages, the price of which is agreed upon at the time of concluding the sales contract and which can be delivered after 30 days, but their actual value depends on market fluctuations over which the company has no influence.
The costs incurred when returning goods are borne by the consumer. Returned products should be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. The consumer must attach a copy of the invoice to the return.
3. WARRANTY FOR CONFORMITY OF GOODS
The provider is liable for any non-conformity of the goods that exists at the time of delivery and manifests within two years from the delivery of the goods. It is presumed that the non-conformity existed at the time of delivery if it appears within one year of delivery, unless the provider proves otherwise or unless such presumption is incompatible with the nature of the goods or the nature of the non-conformity. The consumer can enforce their rights under the conformity warranty if they inform the provider about the non-conformity within two (2) months from the discovery of the non-conformity. In the notification about the non-conformity, the consumer must describe the non-conformity in detail and allow the provider to inspect the goods. The notification must be accompanied by a receipt, contract, or another document confirming the purchase. The consumer can send the non-conformity notification to the e-mail: info@my-valkyrie.com.
The goods are in conformity with the sales contract, especially when it is suitable (subjective requirements for conformity of goods):
it corresponds to the description, type, quantity, and quality, and possesses functionality, compatibility, interoperability, and other characteristics as required in the sales contract;
it is suitable for the specific purpose for which the consumer requires it, and which the consumer informed the provider of at the latest upon concluding the sales contract, and the provider has agreed to this;
it is delivered with all accessories and instructions, including installation guidelines, as specified in the sales contract; and
it is updated as specified in the sales contract.
In addition to meeting the requirements from the previous paragraph (subjective requirements for the conformity of goods), the goods must also (objective requirements for the conformity of goods):
be suitable for the purposes for which goods of the same type are typically used, considering, where appropriate, other regulations, technical standards, or in the absence of such technical standards, industry codes of conduct that apply to the specific sector;
be of the quality and match the description of the sample or model provided by the provider to the consumer prior to the conclusion of the sales contract, where relevant;
be delivered with such accessories, including packaging, installation instructions, or other guidelines, which the consumer can reasonably expect to receive, where relevant; and
be of the quantity and possess characteristics and other properties, including in terms of durability, functionality, compatibility, and safety, as is customary for goods of the same type and as the consumer can reasonably expect based on the nature of the goods, and taking into account any public statements made in advertising or labeling by or on behalf of the provider or other individuals in prior links of the contractual chain, including the manufacturer, unless the provider proves that:
he was unaware of the public statement and could not reasonably have been expected to be aware of it,
the public statement had been corrected by the time the sales contract was concluded in the same or a comparable manner as it was issued, or
the public statement could not have influenced the decision to purchase the goods.
The provider is not liable for non-conformity of the goods if, at the time of concluding the contract, they specifically informed the consumer that a particular characteristic of the goods deviates from the objective requirements for conformity as set by the current consumer protection legislation, and the consumer expressly and separately accepted this deviation when concluding the contract.
The consumer can request the provider to restore the conformity of the goods for free within a reasonable period from the moment the provider was informed of the non-conformity, which shall not exceed 30 days, without significant inconvenience to the consumer, taking into account, in particular, the nature of the goods and the purpose for which the consumer needs the goods. This period can be extended for the shortest time necessary to complete the repair or replacement, but no longer than 15 days. The provider will inform the consumer of the number of days for the extension and the reasons for its extension before the end of the 30-day period.
A consumer, who properly notifies the provider of a non-conformity, can request the following from the provider in the given order:
Consumer has these rights, by the order:
free restoration of the conformity of the goods (repair or replacement);
a reduction in the purchase price in proportion to the non-conformity, or rescission of the sales contract and a request for a refund of the paid amount.
If the existence of the non-conformity of the goods is disputed, the provider will notify the consumer in writing within eight days of receiving the consumer's warranty claim.
If the non-conformity occurred within less than 30 days from the delivery of the goods, the consumer can rescind the contract. The rescission from the contract can be given with a statement attached to these terms. When the consumer rescinds the sales contract, the provider immediately refunds the paid amount to the consumer, but no later than eight days after receiving the goods or proof that the consumer has sent the goods back. The purchase price is refunded to the consumer in the same way the consumer made the payment.
Return of damaged shipments

Please also notify the provider about this at: info@my-valkyrie.com. To return a damaged shipment, contact info@my-valkyrie.com and arrange for pickup. The package should be in the same condition as you received it (without adding or removing anything) and fill out the complaint record. If you notice the damaged package upon delivery, you can refuse to accept the package from the delivery person. Please notify us about this at: info@my-valkyrie.com. We also ask you to photograph the damaged shipment and send us photographic evidence at info@my-valkyrie.com. Together with the delivery service, we will ensure that the complaint is resolved as quickly as possible. If you are returning the damaged package yourself, the customer bears the shipping costs, unless the provider and the customer agree otherwise in advance. We do not accept cash on delivery packages.

4. CUSTOMER REVIEWS
A customer can provide feedback regarding the purchased product. Before submitting feedback, the customer must agree to the terms of providing feedback, thereby granting the provider an exclusive, indefinite, and geographically unrestricted right to use and/or publish the entirety or just a part of their feedback on the website, webshop, the provider's social networks, digital media, or any other medium, for any purpose in the provider's interest, including for marketing, promotional, or advertising purposes. Before submitting feedback, the customer also confirms that they are the author of the given feedback and thus holds all moral and material copyright rights, and can transfer these rights exclusively, indefinitely, and without geographic restriction to the provider. The provider verifies each submitted review before publishing, ensuring the review was genuinely provided by a customer listed in the system as a purchaser of the product. After verification, the provider will publish all ratings, regardless of whether they are positive or negative regarding a particular product. If a review is offensive, inappropriate, or otherwise not useful to other customers or visitors, the provider may, at their discretion, deem it not suitable for publication and therefore not publish it. Reviews about the product are given by genuine customers and are not sponsored.
5. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
The provider commits to the permanent protection of all customer personal data. The provider will use personal data exclusively for fulfilling orders and other necessary communication, as defined in a separate Privacy Policy document, available here.
User data will never be handed over to unauthorized persons. The registered user is also responsible for the protection of personal data, ensuring the security of their username and password. If a registered user discovers misuse or any other intervention by a third party in their user account, they should immediately notify the provider at the email: info@my-valkyrie.com, so the user account can be temporarily revoked, preventing further misuse.
6. DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY
The provider makes every effort to ensure the timeliness and accuracy of the data published in the webshop. However, the characteristics of products, delivery times, or prices can change so rapidly that the provider fails to update the information in the webshop in time. In such a case, the provider will inform the customer of the changes and allow him to cancel the order or replace the ordered product.
We reserve the right to disable the webshop and website, restricting access due to technical or other issues or maintenance, which also means disabling the use of the webshop. In the event of technical issues on the website, we reserve the right to cancel placed orders affected by the technical error. In case of order cancellation, we will inform you as soon as possible and advise you on the next steps. You must ensure proper protection of the equipment (antivirus, etc.) before accessing and using the website. The customer must ensure the proper security and confidentiality of the information used to log into the website (email address, password).
The provider is not responsible for links to third-party websites that are not part of the provider's website or webshop.
The company is not liable for delays or non-delivery of goods in the event of force majeure.
7. COMPLAINTS AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
The provider has established a complaint resolution system and has designated a person with whom the customer can connect in case of problems, dissatisfaction, or any other questions via email at: info@my-valkyrie.com. The provider will confirm the receipt of the complaint within five working days, inform the customer about the duration of its consideration, and keep the customer informed about the process.
The provider recognizes that the essential characteristic of a consumer dispute, at least in terms of judicial resolution, is its disproportionality between the economic value of the claim and the costs incurred in resolving the dispute itself. This is also the primary barrier that prevents the consumer from initiating a lawsuit. Therefore, the provider strives to the best of their abilities to resolve potential disputes amicably.
The provider is involved in online sales, so it publishes an electronic link on its website to the Online Dispute Resolution platform (ODR). The website link to the ODR is available at the electronic link: http://ec.europa.eu/odr. This regulation stems from Regulation (EU) No. 524/2013 of the European Parliament and Council on online consumer dispute resolution.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All intellectual property rights as set out in the Terms of Use of the website, accessible at https://www.my-valkyrie.com/terms-of-use, are reserved by the provider. All texts, images, graphics, animations, videos, and other contents (collectively referred to as "contents") on the webshop and on the website https://www.my-valkyrie.com/ are copyrighted or are subject to other intellectual property protection. The provider owns these contents or has obtained the appropriate rights to use them. It is not allowed to copy these contents for any commercial distribution or use, nor is it allowed to record and republish them on other websites not owned by the provider without obtaining prior written consent from the provider.
9. FINAL PROVISIONS
For all areas not explicitly defined by these Terms of Service of the Valkyrie Webshop in the text, the applicable laws of the Republic of Cyprus, or the required European legislation apply. The provider reserves the right to change the Terms of Service of the Valkyrie Webshop and will notify of any potential change on their website and publish the new or amended Terms of Service of the Valkyrie Webshop.
